Background

The company’s richness is
its staff and team spirit.

FIP Software was launched in 2015. Even though young by age, the company has a unique know-how in the e-government and foreign trade automation niche industry. FIP Software team has an extensive experience in successfully designing and deploying customs applications, risk management systems, destination inspection management software, single window platforms for trade, services integration and big data solutions in Asia, Europe and Africa.

We follow Agile principles and combine both technology and business skills that make the difference when producing specialised software. Many of us have from 10 to 20+ year experience developing e-government systems as well as providing high-level support and advisory services in Armenia, EU member states, EU Commission DG TAXUD, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Saudi Arabia and more.

We are very committed and used to deliver projects in challenging environments requiring reactivity and creativity.

All components of the RA National Single Window for trade benefit from common services including common data models, user digital certificate authentication, documents’ digital signing, synchronised workflows and web services-based secure data exchange.

Provider of the RA National Single Window (RA NSW) platform for foreign trade. EEC customs and regulatory agencies’ transactions are seamlessly integrated within the  single window platform.

Provider of the RA Ministry of Agriculture State Service for Food Safety Import permit. The e-processing of SSFS permit is integrated in the RA NSW portal for foreign trade.

Provider of the RA Ministry of Health electronic Certificate service. The processing of the certificate is done through the RA NSW portal for foreign trade

Provider of the 22 components of the new customs information system for Armenia’ accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEC). All components are integrated in the RA NSW portal for foreign trade.

Provider of the RA electronic Postal and Courier service. The e-processing of postal items is integrated in the RA NSW portal for foreign trade.

Provider of a collaborative risk management framework between the Judicial Acts Compulsory enforcement Service (JACES) and the customs service of the State Revenue Committee. The solution implements trade transactions’ realtime control against JACES risk information.

Provider of the RA State Revenue Committee for exchange of Real Time SafeTIR (RTS) data with the International Road Transport Union (IRU) organisation.
Real-Time SafeTIR ensures that the information on the termination of TIR operation is transmitted electronically to the Guarantee Chain.

Provider of the RA Ministry of Transport electronic Radio Frequency Equipment Import License is integrated in the RA NSW portal for foreign trade.

Provider of the inter-operability framework between the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the State Revenue Committee. The solution implements realtime identity control on physical persons.
